The founders of The Market Lexicon publish under pseudonyms and keep their personal identities private. In crypto, public identities attract phishing, impersonation and worse, so we'd rather be judged on the product and on what we commit to in writing.

What we do, and don't do.
- We never hold your funds. If you connect an exchange account, your assets stay with the exchange, under the exchange's own terms.
- Exchange keys are encrypted. API credentials are encrypted at rest, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
- We don't sell personal data. Information is shared only with the services needed to run the product, such as Stripe for billing.
- We don't store your card. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive only billing details like your plan and renewal date.
- No tracking while logged out. Product analytics only run while you're signed in, and you choose whether they're linked to your account.
